Overview
The NGTL System is TC 검증 바카라’s natural gas gathering and transportation system for the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin (WCSB), connecting most of the natural gas production in western Canada to domestic and export markets.
Spanning 24,386 kilometers (15,153 miles) in length, NGTL is well positioned to connect growing supply in northeast B.C. and Alberta. How are we regulated
The NGTL System is governed according to regulations outlined by theCanada 검증 바카라 Regulator (CER).
From a commercial perspective, the NGTL System operates under terms and conditions of the NGTL System Rate Design and Services Settlement approved in September 2024 through the RH-001-2019 Decision, as well as the provisions of the 2020-2024 Revenue Requirement Settlement approved in August 2020 through Order TG-009-2020. Together, these Settlements provide the basis for determining applicable rates and service provisions on the NGTL System.
We are pleased that the CER approved the components of these settlements as filed. We worked diligently with our stakeholders through a collaborative process to reach this consensus that will provide greater certainty and stability to our operating costs, rates and services.
